At PALS, we build on the foundation of physical activity and life skills (PALS). Our numerous person-centered programs are designed to create opportunities and success for the individuals with disabilities that we work with. Our programs offer individuals the necessary tools they need to be active members of the community and maintain a high quality of life.
Adult Day Services
We offer a number of activities from swimming to arts and crafts. We fill our days with exercise, art and outdoor fun.
Life skills classes and partnerships with local community colleges allow participants to pursue their educational goals.
These programs support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading happy, healthy, and productive lives in their own homes and communities.
Our vocational services offer those who are looking to work in the community opportunities to train on a number of different vocational services.
Each week we offer live virtual videos for our participants and the general public to enjoy from the comfort of their own home. Videos are completely free, interactive and open to anyone to join.
